Maintenance Terms

Please note these plans are purely for domestic roofs and not commercial roofs.

Bronze Plan

– Visit dates are to be agreed by the customer and EBRC, the appointments must be made with at least 21 days notice prior to the visit.

– Gutter cleaning does not include repairs or any replacement parts for the gutter.

– The bronze package includes a maximum of 5 tile/slate replacements, any over this number will be charged to the customer.

– An annual roof survey will be conducted as part of the package, once complete the customer will be supplied a full report of the roof and any recommendations picked up on the check. If work is required EBRB will supply a free no obligation quote for the work.

– Minimum 12 month contract.

– The terms above are based on standard access and roof sizes, if your roof requires additional access the process above may vary.

Silver Plan

– Visit dates are to be agreed by the customer and EBRC, the appointments must be made with at least 21 days notice prior to the visit.

– Gutter cleaning does not include repairs or any replacement parts for the gutter.

– Gutter joint repair

– The silver package includes a maximum of 15 tile/slate replacements, any over this number will be charged to the customer.

– You are entitled to one emergency callout, the callout terms only cover the callout and any temporary repairs, any permanent fix will be supplied via a no obligation quote.

– Minimum 12 month contract.

– The terms above are based on standard access and roof sizes, if your roof requires additional access the process above may vary.

Gold Plan

– Visit dates are to be agreed by the customer and EBRC, the appointments must be made with at least 21 days notice prior to the visit.

– The gold package entitles you to 2 visits per year. During the visit the bullet points above will be actioned if required.

– Gutter cleaning does not include repairs or any replacement parts for the gutter.

– Gutter joint repair

– The gold package includes a maximum of 20 tile/slate replacements, any over this number will be charged to the customer.

– You are entitled to unlimited emergency callouts, the callout terms only cover the callout and any temporary repairs, any permanent fix will be supplied via a no obligation quote.

– Minimum 12 month contact

– The terms above are based on standard access and roof sizes, if your roof requires additional access the process above may vary.
